• Payment information processed through Stripe (Fluvelo does not store your full payment card details — see Section 5)
• Business details needed to build your website or configure automations (services offered, service area, branding assets, business hours, etc.)
• Communications you send us via email, text, Instagram, or phone

Information collected automatically

• Basic website analytics (pages visited, device type, general location, referral source) via standard website analytics tools
• Cookies used for site functionality and performance (see Section 6)

Information related to automation services

If you purchase automation services (missed-call text-back, review request automation, unified inbox, AI Voice Receptionist), we configure these tools using your business’s existing customer contact information (such as phone numbers and names) that you provide or connect through your business systems, solely to deliver the automation on your behalf.

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Design, build, and deliver your website
• Set up and maintain automation services you’ve purchased
• Process payments and manage billing (including recurring Growth plan charges)
• Communicate with you about your project, invoices, or support requests
• Improve our services and website
• Send occasional updates about Fluvelo (you can opt out at any time)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

SMS & Text Messaging Communications

Some Fluvelo services involve automated text messaging on behalf of your business (e.g., missed-call text-back, review request follow-ups) sent to your customers, not to you as our client, except where we text you directly regarding your account or project.

Important: As the business owner using these automation tools, you are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your own customers before enabling automated texting to them, and for complying with applicable laws (including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and similar state regulations). Fluvelo provides the technology; compliance with consent requirements for messages sent to your customers is your responsibility as the business operator.

If Fluvelo texts you directly (e.g., project updates, support), you may opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us directly.

How We Share Information

We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate (see Section 5)
• Legal authorities, if required by law or to protect our rights
• Successors, in the event of a business sale or transfer, with notice to affected clients

We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies to keep the site functioning properly and to understand how visitors use our site. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though some site features may not work as intended if you do.

Data Retention

We retain different categories of information for different lengths of time, depending on their purpose:

• Client project and payment records are retained for as long as needed to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations — typically up to 7 years.
• Contact or lead information for prospects who did not become clients (e.g., outreach responses, form submissions that didn’t convert) may be retained for up to 24 months, after which it may be deleted as part of routine data cleanup or sooner upon request.
• Active client and automation configuration data is retained for as long as you remain a Fluvelo client, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you return or require historical records.

You may request deletion of your information at any time, subject to the legal or contractual retention requirements described above (e.g., we cannot delete payment records still required for tax purposes).

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
