Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Fluvelo Studio (“Fluvelo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including website design, hosting, and AI-powered business automation services (missed-call text-back, automated Google review requests, unified inbox, and AI Voice Receptionist). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services Provided
Fluvelo provides:
- Website Launch — a custom Framer website build, including mobile optimization, basic SEO setup, contact forms (if requested), and domain connection.
- Growth Plan (optional, recurring) — premium Framer hosting, unlimited content updates, monthly website improvements, ongoing local SEO optimization, performance monitoring, monthly performance reports, and priority support.
- Automation Services (available as add-ons or separate packages) — including missed-call text-back, automated Google review requests, unified inbox management, and AI Voice Receptionist setup, built on third-party automation platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel).
Specific inclusions for your package will be confirmed at the time of purchase or in your project agreement.
Pricing & Payment
- Website Launch is offered at a regular price of $997, one-time payment. A limited-time Founder Pricing rate of $697 is available for the first 20 businesses that sign up; this promotional rate is not guaranteed to remain available and may be discontinued at any time.
- Upon full payment for Website Launch, you own your website — including the design and content delivered — subject to the underlying licensing terms of any third-party platforms used (e.g., Framer’s platform terms).
- Growth Plan is billed at $197/month and is optional. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund prior charges. If you cancel Growth, you retain ownership of your website as delivered, though services such as premium hosting, ongoing updates, and monitoring will end.
- Automation services, if purchased, may carry separate one-time setup fees and/or recurring costs, which will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service in addition to ours.
Founder Pricing Terms
Founder Pricing ($697) is a limited promotional offer available to the first 20 qualifying businesses. Fluvelo reserves the right to modify, end, or limit eligibility for this offer at any time without prior notice. Businesses that purchase under Founder Pricing retain that locked-in one-time price for the Website Launch package; it does not apply retroactively to past purchases or guarantee future discounted pricing on add-ons or plan changes.
Client Responsibilities
To deliver your website and/or automation services, we require timely cooperation from you, including:
- Providing business information, branding assets, and content needed for your website
- Providing accurate information for automation setup (e.g., business hours, service offerings, review platform access)
- Obtaining any necessary consent from your own customers before enabling automated communications (such as text messages) to them, and complying with applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and any relevant state regulations
- Reviewing and approving website drafts and automation configurations in a timely manner
Delays in providing needed information may delay project timelines.
Website Ownership & Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for the Website Launch package, you own the website design and content created specifically for your business. This does not extend to:
- Fluvelo’s proprietary templates, frameworks, or internal tools used to build your site
- Third-party platform code, licenses, or assets (e.g., Framer’s underlying platform)
- Stock photography, fonts, or third-party assets requiring separate licensing, where applicable
If you cancel a Growth Plan or other recurring service, your website remains yours; however, features tied to that ongoing service (hosting, updates, monitoring) may no longer be provided by Fluvelo.
Automation Services Disclaimer
Automation services (missed-call text-back, review request automation, unified inbox, AI Voice Receptionist) are built on third-party platforms and are provided “as-is.” Fluvelo:
- Does not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., number of leads, reviews, or booked appointments) resulting from automation use
- Is not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations of third-party platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, Google, phone carriers) that may affect automation performance
- Requires that you, as the business owner, remain responsible for legal compliance related to automated communications sent to your own customers
Cancellation & Refunds
- Website Launch is a one-time payment for a defined deliverable. Refund eligibility, if any, will be addressed on a case-by-case basis prior to project completion; once a website is delivered and live, payments are generally non-refundable.
- Growth Plan may be canceled at any time; cancellation takes effect for the next billing cycle and does not refund the current period already paid.
- Automation service fees, where applicable, follow the refund terms disclosed at time of purchase.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fluvelo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including lost profits, lost leads, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid to Fluvelo in the preceding 12 months.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or achieve specific business results.
Third-Party Platforms
Fluvelo’s services depend on third-party platforms including Stripe, Framer, GoHighLevel, Google, and Cal.com. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or discontinuation of these third-party services, though we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes affecting your services.
Termination
Fluvelo reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, misuse of services, or violation of these Terms. You may discontinue recurring services (like the Growth Plan) at any time as described in Section 7.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Idaho.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
