Welcome to Fluvelo Studio. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website design, hosting, maintenance, and AI automation services. By signing up for or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Fluvelo Studio provides custom website design, hosting, ongoing maintenance, and optional AI automation tools (including missed-call text-back, review request automation, a unified inbox, and an AI voice receptionist) for local service businesses.
Payment
Our website plan is billed at $297 per month. There is no long-term contract. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Cancellation
You may cancel your plan at any time. There is no cancellation fee or penalty.
Site Ownership
- If you cancel before completing 12 consecutive months of active service, your website does not transfer to you and will be taken down.
- Once you have completed 12 consecutive months of active service, you may choose to cancel your plan. If you do, ownership of the website transfers to you at that time, and Fluvelo Studio will no longer provide hosting, maintenance, or support for it.
- Fluvelo Studio does not proactively notify clients when they reach the 12-month mark. It is the client’s responsibility to reach out if they wish to cancel and receive ownership of the site.
- If you continue your monthly plan past 12 months without canceling, Fluvelo Studio retains ownership and continues to host, maintain, and support the site as part of your active subscription.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, timely feedback, and any content (text, images, branding) needed to build and maintain your website.
AI Automation Services
AI automation tools are offered as a separate add-on to the website plan. Availability, setup, and pricing for these tools will be communicated directly and are not included in the base $297/month website plan unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Fluvelo Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you in the past three months of service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
